As of 2019, Birmingham’s admissions for drug-related mental and behavioural disorders was a total of 13 per 100,000 population. Fo rthe same period, ONS revealed that there were 37 (per 100,000 population) admitted for poisoning by drug misuse.

Our friendly team will welcome you to the centre, introduce you to other clients and show you the room you’ll be staying in. An in-house GP will assess your state of health.

During this session you will table your concerns, review your physical and mental health and learn if you will need any medication for detox. After the induction is done we will liaise with you to create an individual care plan that integrates the therapies, workshops and activities that are part of your programme.

We will provide a daily timetable to help you plan around your sessions every day. We have many team members who are in recovery, and they will guide your story of addiction into a recovery success story.

Drug and Alcohol Addiction Rehab Programmes

Our rehab programme has two goals: to unearth and address the psychological and emotional causes that contributed to your dependency, and to create a long term strategy that enables long term sobriety. Our trained staff work with you to create an individual care plan. You will have our full support as you set goals for your future and work on the underlying factors through therapy.

Our integrated treatment approach incorporates:

One-to-one Counselling

One-to-one therapy sessions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, will be facilitated by a qualified addiction specialist. The therapist will assist you in identifying any trauma, relationship problems, negative childhood experiences and abuse that have influenced your substance use disorder.

Alternative Therapies

Holistic therapies that are relaxing and complementary to your treatment programme such as acupuncture, music therapy, sports therapy and art therapy.

Group Therapy and 12 Step Programmes.

Group therapy, which is an indispensable part of recovery because it delivers on the need for companionship, responsibility and social support.

Relapse Prevention Programme

Workshops to help you build coping skills and set goals for your sober future. Common topics explored as workshops include relationships, stress management, relapse prevention, confidence, health, boundaries and anger.

Cost of Drug and Alcohol Rehab Birmingham

We offer a minimum treatment programme of 28-days or four weeks, which incorporates our Sober Transport, a medically supervised detox, accommodation for the duration of your programme and your activities. Our rehab programme is affordable and effective, and is charged at a flat fee of ₤6995 for the full four-week programme. We accept all major credit cards and require all clients to pay for the four-week treatment programme upfront. If you stay in a long term treatment programme you have a better chance of long term sobriety, because addiction is a chronic disease. The secondary treatment phase allows you to expand on the foundations you built in primary treatment.

Clients who want to extend their programme beyond the 28-days will be charged an extra ₤1200 per week thereafter.

Preventing an Alcohol/Drug Relapse in Birmingham
