Our Drug and Alcohol Addiction Rehab Programmes

Our rehab programme has two aims: to deal with the latent causes of your dependencies, and to help you to develop the skills necessary for long term sobriety. Our trained staff work with you to create an individual care plan. We will work with you to set goals and address the issues you have identified in therapy.

Our programme consists of:

One-to-one Counselling

One-to-one therapy sessions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, will be facilitated by a qualified addiction specialist. The therapist will assist you in identifying any trauma, relationship problems, negative childhood experiences and abuse that have influenced your substance use disorder.

Alternative Therapies

Fun and relaxing alternative therapies such as art therapy, music therapy, sports therapy and acupuncture.

Group Therapy and 12 Step Programmes.

Group therapy, an essential rehab component which helps with companionship and recognises the role of socialisation in long term recovery.

Relapse Prevention Programme

Workshops to help you build coping skills and set goals for your sober future. Common topics explored as workshops include relationships, stress management, relapse prevention, confidence, health, boundaries and anger.
