Arriving for Treatment from East Sussex
For over 25 years we have prided ourselves in being able to provide a client-centric treatment programme for alcohol and drug addictions. As part of our service and included in the rehab cost is a full assessment conducted prior to your arrival.
You will be warmly welcomed by our highly skilled counselling team who will work with you to fine-tune your personalised treatment programme and discuss your rehab timetable with you. Once all these details and your check-in has been completed, you will be ready to commence with the treatment plan.
Our GP will conduct a general health check, take note of any co-occurring mental health issues, existing health concerns and current medications, our GP will also assess if a medically-assisted detox is necessary and what, if any, medications should be administered to make the withdrawal process easier and more comfortable.
If a drug detox or alcohol detox is required, you may feel anxious or scared but please rest assured that you will be closely monitored by our GP and our trained support staff will be on hand 24/7 to provide medical care, support and attend to your needs throughout the detox period.

Our bespoke treatment programmes are an eclectic mix of evidence-based therapies, activities, workshops and fun all delivered in a structured manner and approached from a place of love, understanding and compassion.
Since each person is different, our approach may incorporate a mix of different types of therapies such as:
One to One counselling
One on one counselling includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which will help you discover better coping mechanisms and reinvent your ways to fight stress.
Alternative Therapies
A range of alternative therapies like acupuncture, meditation classes and Music Therapy which may reduce feelings of anxiety and negative thinking.
Group Therapy
Group therapies are a way to learn how to communicate your problems in order to find solutions from others’ experience. We will discuss and share, looking and achieving mutual support and understanding.
Relapse Prevention Programme
We will work with you to find long-term mechanisms which will be your go-to saviours from triggers and stressors.
All these therapies are coordinated based on your needs and areas that need concentrating on, our therapists will be with you every step of the way to ensure that you are achieving your goals in rehab.
There are also fun activities weekly to help balance the intensity of treatment with learning to have fun without alcohol and drugs, activities include swimming, beach walks, bike rides and time in the beautiful New Forest.
Cost of Drug and Alcohol Rehab East Sussex
Please remember that rehab is not a quick fix for addiction treatment, we recommend a minimum stay of 28 days including your detox and to make this more affordable and accessible we have an all-inclusive rate of £7,500 for the first 28 days and a weekly rate of £1,300 if you choose to stay longer.
We aim to ensure that you have the strength to maintain your abstinence once home in East Sussex.

Preventing an Alcohol/Drug Relapse in East Sussex
The second phase of your recovery where issues that you were not ready to address during your initial 28-day stay may not be possible at our facility due to work and family commitments, but is crucial in solidifying the progress you have made.
Our therapy team, will discuss any aftercare services available to you such as continued 1 to 1 counselling, skype counselling, group therapy, family therapy or life coaching services provided through our Sober Management and can also provide referrals and details for you to see private therapists and where to attend support groups in East Sussex.
Sober Coaching & Relapse Prevention Services in East Sussex
A Sober Coach is a person who has been through rehab and has maintained their abstinence in long-term recovery, they will be able to help you integrate the coping skills, health changes and new interests learned during your rehab into your everyday life, as trained counsellors, they are able to help counsel you through any stressful situations so that your continued treatment is seamless.

Free or NHS Drug & Alcohol Treatment Services in East Sussex
Outpatient addiction treatment is an alternative to residential rehab. You or a loved one can attend rehab during the day while maintaining other commitments. Outpatient addiction treatment can be both private and NHS based. You can also attend weekly sessions with a private counsellor who specialises in addiction.
