You will undergo a medical assessment with our in house GP to ensure your safety and comfort through the detox and rehabilitation phases of recovery.
The physical and mental health assessment is done to determine your psychological and physiological dependence on drugs or alcohol, any existing mental health issues you may have (this is known as a dual diagnosis), existing health issues or illnesses that need monitoring, will discuss current medication being used and whether a medical detox programme is necessary.
Your detox, if required, can commence and depending on the substance used as well as the severity of dependence on average is 7 days.
