Sober Transportation from London to The Providence Projects

Because we know that entering a rehab is a daunting experience, we’ve created our Sober Transportation service so you and your loved ones have peace of mind that you will have a safe journey and arrival at our treatment clinic.

We’ll make sure that someone in recovery is available to support you and give you advice on the journey.

Arriving for Treatment from London

When you arrive, you will meet our friendly team who will take you through an induction programme, where you will meet other clients and see your room. Your state of health and wellness will be assessed by our general practitioner.

During this session you will table your concerns, review your physical and mental health and learn if you will need any medication for detox. When you have settled in, we will sit with you to create an individual care plan that incorporates the activities, workshops and therapies for your programme.

The programme timetable will be given to you, so you know what to expect every day as part of your treatment package.

Residential Treatment Programmes

Our rehab programme has two goals: to unearth and address the psychological and emotional causes that contributed to your dependency, and to create a long term strategy that enables long term sobriety. By collaborating with you, our trained counsellors will develop an individual care plan. We will work with you to set goals and address the issues you have identified in therapy.

Our approach to treatment is integrated and incorporates:

One-to-one counselling

One-to-one therapy sessions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, will be facilitated by a qualified addiction specialist. The therapist will assist you in identifying any trauma, relationship problems, negative childhood experiences and abuse that have influenced your substance use disorder.

Alternative Therapies

Complementary therapies that are designed to expand your view of life, like music therapy, art therapy, acupuncture and sports therapy.

Group Therapy and 12 Step Programmes.

Therapy delivered through group sessions, an invaluable part of recovery, which provides you with a social structure and companionship.

Relapse Prevention Programme

Workshop events designed to teach the coping skills you need to develop a sober life. We will tackle subjects like health, managing stress and anger, preventing relapse, developing boundaries and building self confidence.

Cost of Drug and Alcohol Rehab London

Our minimum programme is 28 days or four weeks in duration and encompasses sober transport, a detox that is medically supervised, your rehab activities and accommodation. We have designed our rehab programme to be both affordable and effective, at a rate of ₤7500 for the full 28-day programme. Please settle the cost of our 28-day treatment programme before arrival; we accept major credit and debit cards. Clients who can complete long term treatment programmes have a stronger chance of sustaining recovery over the long term, as addiction is a chronic disease. The secondary treatment phase is a natural progression of the skills and knowledge you built during primary treatment.
