A daily timetable is provided to help you plan for the sessions every day.

Our Drug and Alcohol Addiction Rehab Programmes

Our rehab programme has two primary intentions: to find and heal the psychological causes of your dependency, and to develop the coping strategies you need for long term sobriety. Alternative Therapies

Fun and relaxing alternative therapies such as art therapy, music therapy, sports therapy and acupuncture.

Group Therapy and 12 Step Programmes.

Therapy delivered through group sessions, an invaluable part of recovery, which provides you with a social structure and companionship.

Relapse Prevention Programme
