Graeme Harvey is Centre Manager at The Providence Projects, bringing more than 20 years of experience working in management roles across CQC-registered services. His professional background spans learning disabilities, mental health, acquired brain injury and addiction, giving him broad experience of supporting both clients and multidisciplinary teams within specialist care settings.
Graeme holds a CPCAB Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). He has also spent more than 10 years working as a Registered Manager and previously held the position of Counselling Manager at Clouds House.
He is passionate about staff development and service improvement, with a particular focus on ensuring The Providence Projects continues to evolve and that its teams have the knowledge, skills and resources to deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatment.
For Graeme, one of the most rewarding aspects of his role is seeing clients progress throughout their treatment journey. He is particularly motivated by witnessing people rebuild their confidence, regain control and begin to reclaim their lives from addiction.
